A revised follow up to our juniper infused IPA, again we tapped the shoulder of local legends Patient Wolf Gin to team up and bring this idea to life - this time using a mountain is gin soaked sloeberries alongside other gin botanicals. Their spent gin basket (fruit and botanicals soaked in gin) went into our whirlpool when brewing. Then we took it to hop-town with a layer of Talus & El Dorado!
