From the Winery:
A unique aromatic variety originating from Austria. Picking and processing begins on early April. Grapes are then fermented and stored for eight months in a seasoned, large format Austrian oak cask before filtration and bottling. The wine displays hints of honeydew and rock melon on the nose followed by a textural and viscose front palate with a lingering herbaceous finish.
