Nothing says fun quite like a Pet Nat, and this one from Lucy M is the perfect option for something a little bit more complex than your regular.
Made entirely with Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit gets destemmed before pressing into a ceramic egg to ferment for a couple of weeks before being bottled for just the right amount of fizz.
Balanced but mouth-watering citrussy acidity, a hint of nuttiness and a whole lot of fun to drink. Yum!
