Additional Notes : Made using the traditional method, with the Blanc de Blanc seeing a minimum of five years tirage before being disgorged and released. A low dosage of less than 5 grams allows the voluptuous flavours of the fruit to shine through. This wine will develop beautifully under cork, with 2-3 years showing its brightest potential.
