Our handpicked sloe berries (Prunus spinosa) are foraged from all over Tasmania in late summer and left to rest in our gin before bottling.
Appearance: Dark red, crimson

45mL served neat at the end of a winter evening, snuggled up near a warm fire.
45mL served neat over ice at the end of a hot summers night.
45mL served with soda for a refreshing summer spritzer.
Add 15-30mL into a Dasher + Fisher Mountain Gin and Tonic. It’s truly amazing!
Ingredients: 45mL of Dasher + Fisher Sloe Gin, 30mL of Dasher + Fisher Ocean Gin, 20mL sweet or dry vermouth to suit your taste, 3 dashes of orange bitters suit your taste.
Preparation: Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into your glass.
Standard garnish: Garnish with a twist of fresh orange or ruby grapefruit peel.
