A tribute to some of Australia’s incredible hop varieties this Hazy IPA makes use of huge whirlpool, and multiple dry hop additions of Eclipse and Galaxy. This hop grenade is bursting at the seams with aromas of passion fruit, pine, mandarin rind and pineapple. Then the rich body explodes with dank, piney, citrus and tropical flavours, finishing out with a pineapple aftershock carried on a wave of smooth bitterness. This true blue strewth juice highlights how Aussie hops can eclipse all others throughout the galaxy.
