The 2017 SB (Sous Bois, under wood) Sauvignon Blanc is a wood matured wine from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This complex and delicate wine was selected and processed in French oak barrels (50% new) with 50% barrel ferments and 50% ferments on skins by Anna Pooley and Justin Bubb at Pooley Wines. Delicious with fish it will accompany any food or stand alone. This wine should be at its best from 5 to 10 years after vintage.
