A stack of whole bunches & destemmed Pinot Gris were thrown into a 3000L jarrah wood fermenter and left on skins for 21 days.
A stunning copper hue with the skins of the Gris revealing phenolics and mandarin flavours that are restrained and savoury. Herbal on the nose and salivating in the mouth. You just want to keep picking the glass up for more.
