This wine is dedicated to Ian ”Lee” Patrick Carr, an outstanding dad, friend and viticulturist.
As an unblended single origin Pinot Noir it was harvested in late March 2018 from one unique manually maintained vineyard block.
After extended barrel ageing concentrated dark plum and cherry aromatics lengthen to further red berry and savoury spice flavours.
