Lemons and grapefruit juice, pithy flavours follow. Mineral, flinty, oyster shell. White florals, ripe citrus and white peach upon opening up. Perfect with oysters on the beach.
2022 - Tamar Valley - Hand picked - I10V1 Clone - inert french barrel ferment - partial wild primary ferment (65%) -no malolactic ferment- 9 months on lees - no fining - filtered before bottling - bottled December 2022.
