THe 2022 Anim Pinot Blanc is a barrel-fermented white sourced from the Clarence House vineyard. Uniquely positoned in the foothills of Mt Rumney, Clarence House Estate lies in a small corridore amid the Knopwood Hills and Meehan Ranges, located between Hobart and the Coal Valley.
Hand Harvested from a small block on shallow basalt, whole bunch pressed, settled and racked to French oak (15% new) for wild fermentation. Periodic bâttonage, wild malo, 6 months élevage.
