A textural and fun skin contact wine here, its orange in colour (O), made from pinot gris (G) and gewurztraminer (G). A bunch of different things happening bring this together; gris on skins for a week, some for five months, whole bunch gewurztraminer, and some just with berries. Dash of sulphur at bottling (20ppm).
